Cleaning and bandaging wounds

When an injury occurs it first needs to be cleaned with clean cloth. Then blot dry it. Afterward, apply the antibiotic ointment in the appropriate quantity.

  • Bleeding 
A serve accident or a major injury might lead to bleeding. Gently by putting some pressure on the wounded area apply a bandage or tie a cloth neatly. This will stop the bleeding.

  • Burns
There are first, second, and third-degree burns. The severity of the burns go on increasing as the degree of burns goes on increasing. The first degree burns are minor burns and can be treated ourselves. These are painful but minor.

  • Nausea and vomiting
These can occur due to overeating, sickness, sleepless nights, or food poisoning. But can be treated easily.

  • Sprains
A sprain occurs with a stretch or tears in the ligament. These can cause bruise marks, swelling, and pain. With careful stretching, these can be reduced.

All such treatments for our day to day injuries can be easily learned under basic first aid.


Basic first aid courses

These courses are designed for each and every one of us. They do not have any pre-requisite. These are designed and delivered by skilled, qualified, and experienced faculties.

These also include lectures, practical demonstrations, and group discussions. On successful completion of all the requirements of basic first aid course candidates will receive certificates.

The course duration is only one day.
